Estimated Arrival: The approximate expected arrival date for pre-ordered items will be communicated on the product page. Once in our warehouse, orders will be dispatched as promptly as possible.

Standard Returns Policy for Pre-Orders: Our standard returns policy applies to pre-orders, allowing for exchanges or store credit under the usual conditions.

Shipping Options: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, please indicate at checkout if you would like the in-stock items shipped separately. Otherwise, all items will be shipped together when the pre-ordered items arrive.
