Track your order with Australia Post

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 11am AEST the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Australian orders usually arrive within 1 to 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any delays within the Australia Post network.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We can only make changes or approve a cancellation before the order has been dispatched, so requests cannot be guaranteed.

Approved change of mind cancellations incur a 6% processing fee. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Yes. Select warehouse pick up at checkout, then email hello@mveboutique.com to arrange your collection time.

Collection is available by appointment from our Keysborough warehouse, Monday to Thursday between 9am and 4pm. We’ll provide the address once your collection has been confirmed.

Please bring photo identification that matches the name on the order.
