Returns
We want you to love your MVE piece. If it’s not quite right, no stress, we can organise an exchange or online credit valid for 2 years under the conditions below.
To start, head to the returns portal with your order number and the email or phone used at checkout.

Full Price Items
- Initiate your return via our online portal within 21 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags intact.
- We recommend retaining your return shipment tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Jewellery Items
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not allow returns of jewellery.
Shoes
- Please try on shoes for fit on soft surfaces. Shoes returned with sole markings or scratches will not be accepted. If your shoes came with a box, it must be returned in its original condition along with the shoes.
Sale Items
- Initiate your same item size exchange within 10 days of purchase via our online portal.
- If your size is unavailable, eligible sale items can receive a 6 month credit note by emailing us.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags intact.
- 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for exchange or credit.
Flash Sale Items
- Sale items purchased during a flash sale are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
- Flash sale pricing applies only to orders placed during the sale window with the correct code.
- We don’t backdate discounts to earlier orders.
Faulty Items
- If you receive a faulty item, contact us at hello@mveboutique.com for assistance. We adhere to Australian Consumer Law guidelines.
- Minor faults will be repaired and sent back to you. If repair isn’t possible, we’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.
- Return postage is covered only for the faulty item.
Discount Codes
- Only one discount code can be used per order. Multiple codes cannot be combined.
Lost or Stolen Items
- MVE Boutique is not liable for items lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. Please contact Australia Post or your delivery carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders not yet shipped or collected can potentially be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, subject to a 10% processing fee. Contact us for assistance.
Return to Sender
- Items returned to sender will be issued a gift voucher minus return postage, $15, and applicable fees. We do not resend parcels free of charge once returned to sender.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in new condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, tan, etc.
