At MVE Boutique, we are dedicated to ensuring you love your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer online credit for full-priced and sale items returned under the following conditions (excludes final sale). Please note, we do not issue refunds for change of mind, except for items deemed faulty or irreplaceable.

Return Process

Initiate your return via our online portal HERE and post it back within 21 days of receiving your order. MVE Boutique is not responsible for lost returns and recommends retaining your return shipment tracking number. Returns must meet the original garment state: items must not have been worn, washed, or damaged, and all original swing tags and garment care tags must be intact.

Items purchased on sale can be returned for a credit note within 10 days following the delivery date. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or credit note issuance. Sale items bought during Flash Sales with further discounts are not eligible for returns or credit notes. We encourage careful selection and are always available to assist with sizing or style advice at

Faulty Items

We apologise for any issues with your item. Contact us at for assistance. We adhere to Australian Consumer Law guidelines. If your garment has a minor fault, we'll repair it and send it back to you. If we can't repair it, we'll replace it with a matching item. If neither option is possible, you'll receive a full refund for the item. Please note that if more than the faulty item is returned within the same parcel, we will be unable to cover the return postage.

Discount Codes

Only one discount code can be used per order. You cannot use multiple discount codes simultaneously.

Flash Sales

Flash sales are only applicable for orders made within the timeframe of the flash sale and only if a code is used. We cannot credit, exchange, or refund orders made before the flash sale started or once the flash sale has ended.

Lost or Stolen Items

MVE Boutique is not liable for items lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. Please contact Australia Post or the delivery carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

Orders not yet shipped or collected by the post office can potentially be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, subject to a 10% processing fee. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Return to Sender

Items returned to sender will be issued a gift voucher, minus the cost Australia Post charges plus all applicable fees. We do not resend parcels free of charge once returned to sender.

Return Conditions

Items must be in new condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, tan etc.
