Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

We would like you to read the terms listed below carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing items (Items) via the MVE boutique website (our Website).

Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by all our return policies, shipping policies, product shade variation policies, dispatch policies, shipping policies and all policies listed within www.mveboutique.com and terms and conditions, which constitute the agreement between M.VE Fashion PTY LTD (A.B.N. 67 133 535 403) (we, us, our, or MVE boutique) and you.

Purchase

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.

You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, MVE boutique is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. If you submit your order and then realise that you have entered an incorrect delivery address or delivery instructions, please email hello@mveboutique.com immediately and we will do our best to update your details before your order is dispatched.

Sale Stock 

Items sold on Final Sale, especially heavily reduced stock may have slight makeup deodorant marks or marks in general from customers trying on. It is nothing that prevents the item from functioning as its intended too. We do not refund or exchange Final Sale items (unless there is a product fault deemed by us or the manufacturer as faulty). If you have any questions or concerns please email hello@mveboutique.com before purchasing.

Sale footwear may also have some/slight or heavy scuffs under sole from customers trying on in store. Full price footwear may also be slightly scuffed but NOT WORN. 

Zippay

Minimum monthly repayments are required. A monthly account fee of $9.95 applies and is subject to change. Pay your closing balance in full by the due date each month and we'll waive the fee. Available to approved applicants only and subject to completion of satisfactory credit assessment. Other charges may be payable. Fees and charges subject to change. T&Cs apply. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with MVE Boutique or purchasing MVE Boutique products. Any use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorised by MVE Boutique. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a MVE Boutique product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, MVE Boutique reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MVE Boutique reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, MVE Boutique shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by MVE Boutique without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

MVE Boutique may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to MVE Boutique.

Miscellaneous

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia, without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. MVE Boutique's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. MVE Boutique may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a MVE Boutique or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
