  • Shipping in times of uncertainty- Covid-19.

Here at MVE we try our best to get your order to you asap. With Covid-19 affecting us all personally and economically, we ask for your patience in regards to postage time frames. We are posting orders daily ,Monday-Friday , for as long as Australia Post is open and we are allowed to go to our office.
If we go into full lockdown all orders will be posted as soon as the post is open and we are allowed to go to the office. All return policy return time frames will not start till you get your order or its ready to pick up from post.

We would like to assure you, that we only have one worker in at a time wrapping orders, to do our part in stopping the spread of the virus.

  • Are you shipping to New Zealand?  

The only international country we are shipping to is New Zealand at this stage.
  • Why does the product image colour very in shade?

We shoot all our images in natural light. Some times its a cloudy day others its sunny, most the times it both in the space of 4 hours. We don't edit the colour of the clothes, it's just want it looks like in different lighting. A minimal difference in shade is not a valid reason for a refund.
  •  Are the prices in AUD? 

Yes, all the prices are in AUD.
  •  Are the sizes Australian sizes?

Sizes are based on MVE boutique sizes

  • Is there a minimum for Afterpay purchases?

There is a minimum spend of $100 to be able to check out with Afterpay.

  •  Do you refund?

We do not refund for change of mind. Please read Exchanges & Returns for detailed policy.
Can I wash my item/s and then return them? 

Item/s that have been washed will not be accept as they are not in new condition
  • What are your dispatch timeframes?

They do not. Express orders means that your order will be shipped via express post with Australia Post. They will be dispatched as per the Dispatch Timeframes below and Australia Post will express it to you.

  • Can I cancel my order for a refund of it hasn’t been sent?

If order/s have NOT BEEN SHIPPED OR BEEN DROPPED OFF AT THE POST OFFICE and we have been contacted within 24 hours of placing order we can try to put through a cancellation, each case will differ so please email. Any accepted cancellations will be charged a processing fee of 6% of the entire order.(THIS IS NOT THE CASE FOR ANY RETURNS FOR CREDITS/EXCHANGES OR IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY).

  • If I'm an international customer and place an order, will i have to pay taxes/duties?

Customer/s own country customs taxes/duties are not included in the order and must be paid by customer upon delivery, if or when their respective country charges.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not at this stage.

  • Can i use a 3rd party address/Delivery Logistic Service if i live internationally?

Unfortunately we do not ship to 3rd party addresses. Including delivery logistic services.

  • Should I read the exchange/return policies before I purchase?
