Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do ship to New Zealand, Canada, Dubai, Singapore and a few more, check here.
Can I schedule a pick-up from the MVE Keysborough Warehouse?
Yes you can. Email us and we can book in a time for you to pop in. Our email is hello@mveboutique.com and we are ready to help.
Important: Please bring a driver's license that matches the order name and details for verification during pick-up.
Are the prices in AUD?
Yes, all our prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Are the sizes Australian sizes?
Our sizes are based on MVE Boutique standards and may vary between brands. We believe we are a smaller fit compared to shopping centre brands. We are always here to help, just email or contact us via our socials.
Is there a minimum purchase amount for Afterpay?
Yes, there is a minimum spend of $50 to use Afterpay at checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please refer to our Exchanges & Returns policy for detailed information.
Can I wash my items and then return them?
No, items that have been washed are not in new condition and cannot be returned.
What are your dispatch timeframes?
We aim to get every order processed within 24 hours during business hours, so you’re never left waiting. Order before 11am AEST, and we’ll do our very best to have it on its way the same day!
Why at times does the product image colour vary in shade?
Clothing colours may appear slightly different in shade or tone to the website due to lighting, computer picture resolution, technology being used and/or monitor settings.
Can I cancel my order for a refund if it hasn’t been sent?
If your order has not been shipped or dropped off at the post office, and you contact us within 24 hours of placing it, we can try to process a cancellation. Each case will differ, so please email us. Any accepted cancellations will incur a 6% processing fee. (This does not apply to returns for credits/exchanges or if the item is faulty.)
If I’m an international customer and place an order, will I have to pay taxes/duties?
Maybe, any customs taxes/duties from your country are not included in your order and must be paid by you upon delivery if applicable.
Should I read the exchange/return policies before I purchase?
