Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do ship to New Zealand, USA, Canada, Dubai, Singapore.
Can I schedule a pick-up from the MVE Keysborough Warehouse?
Yes you can. For further details please contact us on hello@mveboutique.com
Important: Please bring a driver's license that matches the order name and details for verification during pick-up.
Are the prices in AUD?
Yes, all our prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Are the sizes Australian sizes?
Our sizes are based on MVE Boutique standards and may vary between brands. We believe we are a smaller fit compared to shopping centre stores.
Is there a minimum purchase amount for Afterpay?
Yes, there is a minimum spend of $100 to use Afterpay at checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please refer to our Exchanges & Returns policy for detailed information.
Can I wash my items and then return them?
No, items that have been washed are not in new condition and cannot be returned.
What are your dispatch timeframes?
You can find our dispatch timeframes HERE.
Do express orders override the dispatch timeframes?
No, express orders mean your order will be shipped via express post with Australia Post. They will be dispatched according to our regular dispatch timeframes, and Australia Post will deliver them express.
Why does the product image colour vary in shade?
Clothing colours may appear slightly different in shade or tone to the website due to lighting, computer picture resolution, technology being used and/or monitor settings.
Can I cancel my order for a refund if it hasn’t been sent?
If your order has not been shipped or dropped off at the post office, and you contact us within 24 hours of placing it, we can try to process a cancellation. Each case will differ, so please email us. Any accepted cancellations will incur a 6% processing fee. (This does not apply to returns for credits/exchanges or if the item is faulty.)
If I’m an international customer and place an order, will I have to pay taxes/duties?
Maybe, any customs taxes/duties from your country are not included in your order and must be paid by you upon delivery if applicable.
Can I use a third-party address/delivery logistic service if I live internationally?
No, we do not ship to third-party addresses, including delivery logistic services.
