• Estimated Arrival: The approximate expected arrival date for pre-ordered items will be communicated on the product page. Once in our warehouse, orders will be dispatched as promptly as possible.

• Standard Returns Policy for Pre-Orders: Our standard returns policy applies to pre-orders, allowing for exchanges or store credit under the usual conditions.

• Shipping Options: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, please indicate at checkout if you would like the in-stock items shipped separately. Otherwise, all items will be shipped together when the pre-ordered items arrive.

• Order Updates: We will keep you informed of the status of your pre-order and notify you once your order has been dispatched.

All sizing on our website is AU SIZING - Size 6 (XS), Size 8 (S), Size 10 (M), Size 12 (Large), Size 14 (XL) and Size 16 (XXL).

Australian customers please note that in general we are a slightly smaller fit then most commercial shopping centre brands, not including oversized or baggy fits/styles. There is a variance with sizes that only have 2, 3 or 4 size grades, e.g. XS/S, S/M, M/L, L/XL or S, M & L, but not limited to. With these size grades please read individual product description.

Full-priced items qualify for online credit notes if returned within 21 days. Sale items, including those from flash events, can be returned within two weeks. Final sale items and jewellery are not eligible for returns.
