    Important Update for Our U.S. Customers

    From 29 August, new U.S. Customs rules mean that every parcel entering the States, no matter how big or small, will now attract tariffs, which are collected at delivery by USPS, FedEx, DHL, and other couriers.

    On top of that, USPS has introduced flat-rate charges of USD $80–$200 per parcel. Yep, even if you’re just buying something smaller like a skirt, the shipping fee could be bigger than your actual order. And that’s before any courier-specific costs are added.

    We’ve crunched the numbers and explored every option, but right now there’s no way for us to give you fair or transparent shipping rates, and that’s not how we want you to shop with us.

    For now, we’ve had to pause U.S. orders while we work on a solution. Please join our mailing list to stay in the loop, we’ll update you the moment we’ve got a fix. We can’t wait to get back to sending happy parcels your way soon.

Tracking Your International Order

  • A tracking number will be sent to the email provided once your package is dispatched.
  • Track your order with Australia Post or DHL Express using your tracking number.

Returns to Sender

  • Items returned to sender will be issued a gift voucher, minus a $13 fee charged by Australia Post.
  • We do not resend parcels free of charge once they are returned to sender.

  • MVE Boutique is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed in transit. Please contact Australia Post with your tracking number for assistance.
