The Cosmo dress is an off one shoulder, mini dress with 3/4 sleeves and ruffle detailing along the seams. It has elastic on both shoulders to be able to wear them both off the shoulder. It has an adjustable, drawstring waist tie and ruffles hemline.
This item is bra friendly and lined on the body. This item has no zip or pockets.
